Arihant Capital sets April 15 as record date for stock split

The board of directors of Arihant Capital Markets has set April 15, 2022 as the record date for the proposed 5-for-1 stock split.
The Company’s Board of Directors on 3 March 2022 approved the division of each share with a nominal value of Rs 5 each into five shares with a nominal value of Re 1 each (5 for 1).
Arihant Capital Markets provides stock brokerage service in India. The company’s consolidated net profit increased by 46.48% to Rs 13.11 crore on a 68.95% increase in total revenue to Rs 48.69 crore in Q3 Dec 2021 compared to Q3 Dec 2020 .
Arihant Capital Markets shares fell 1.61% to settle at Rs 393.85 on Friday.
