Forte Minerals (CSE:CUAU) Corp. told investors that its common stock began trading on the OTCQB under the symbol FOMNF at market open today, April 7, 2022.
Along with the relisting on the OTCQB, the company said it has also sought and is awaiting approval from the Depository Trust Company to make its shares eligible for electronic clearing and settlement via DTC, which would further facilitate trade in the United States.
The company’s shares will continue to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol CUAU and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol 2OA.
