GGTOOR, Inc., (OTCMKTS: GTOR) announces MD&A for the week ended October 30, 2021
SHAREHOLDERS HAVE ALL THE POWERS! Statement from CEO John V Whitman Jr.
THOMASVILLE, GA, November 01, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – via NewMediaWire – GGTOOR, Inc., (OTCMKTS: GTOR) (“GGTOOR, Inc.”, “GTOR”, or the “Company”), an emerging leader in the eSports markets, announces that over the past 3 months, the Society processed over 16,000 registrations to its events – an average of over 5,000 registrations per month! This continued success fuels the growth of our various platforms; for example, during the month of October our Discord membership saw a net gain of over 1,500 additional people, bringing the total to over 14,000 current members!
The Company crowned the winners of four different games this week, with more than one drawing over 400 entries each, bringing this week’s total entries to over 1,400! The company’s total audience on Twitch also saw a significant increase, increasing by over 40% from September, ending in October with a combined total of over 20,000 unique Twitch viewers for the month!
John V Whitman Jr. said, “Our business continues to experience tremendous growth. The cash withdrawal rate is improving every month, but we still need the help of our shareholders. I often wonder if shareholders, even the individual who owns ten stocks, understand the impact they can have on the success of the company. Our shareholders have all the power!
“Shareholders can prevent dilution; they can prevent future reverse splitting. Shareholders can control whether the Company remains on the OTC: PINSKHEETS or whether the Company is worth enough to eventually be listed on the NASDAQ. The Company’s market capitalization (share price multiplied by total issued and outstanding shares) is critical to our ability to progress to the top ranks. The shareholders and shareholders alone determine the share price. If you want me to sell less Reg A shares please help me by increasing the share price. As CEO, I can control virtually everything except the price of our shares.
“If you want to increase the value of your investment, be patient, hold onto your stock. When reading a negative cat, stand up for GTOR. I often receive calls from shareholders asking me if I plan to one day proceed with a reverse stock split or if I am diluting the Company. My answer is that it depends on the shareholders, not on me! Never underestimate the power you have as a GTOR shareholder.
This week’s Garena Free Fire tournament grand finale was full of action! One of the most memorable moments was in Game 3, where viewers marveled as NHK AYUSH jumped out the window of a 2 story building and managed to take down 2 Lama Stone players with the flair of a Bollywood action movie scene! This was rivaled by Team NHK in Game 5, where they chased down every team they spotted, ultimately securing Rank 1 with an incredible 11 kills; Not only were the numbers staggering, but to add to the accomplishment, they managed to kill with every weapon available in the game, including ax and pan! When the dust settled after all 6 games were over, we found Team 98 beating the defending champion, Hex Esports, and taking the reigning champion from GGToor away from them!
This week’s Yu-Gi-Oh! The Duel Links event found Harpies again representing the most popular archetype pick in overall meta and performance in the Top 64. The next highest performing decks were also popular meta picks – Melodious, Gaia, Yosenju, Magnets and Water Xyz. The major surprise of the tournament was Destiny HERO, one of the 2 newly supported decks in the game, joining Harpies, Melodious, Yosenju and Water Xyz in the Top 8 – and Destiny HERO managed to defeat all of them. faced off, bringing a new deck to the Champions Circle!
