The letter provides operational and financial updates from Ms. Simmons for the first 100 days. He also reminds shareholders to vote today “FOR” each of the reverse split proposals relating to the common shares of NXT-ID and the preferred shares of the series C, so that the common shares of the Company may remain listed on the Nasdaq.
